Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th of May 2017 the biggest vinegar cellar in the world opens the doors to visitors and invites artisans from Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto to show their creations, giving rise to the first edition of this event.
Saturday 27th there was the possibility to visit the vinegar cellar and taste Asperum (the balsamic friulian vinegar produced inspiring to the the old recipe of Roman in Aquileia) and other products selected only for this event.
